Swimmers wear team suits to all meets, and can order them by clicking the link above.
Required Practice Equipment
All American Swim in Brentwood TN has switched to pop-up shop only at big meets. Order a team suit via the link above!!! We recommend ordering as soon as possible in order to receive custom suits in a timely manner. Each store has options for practice suits that we recommend. Ordering through SwimOutlet does provide a small monetary incentive to the team. We appreciate your support.
Swimmers should label all of their equipment with their name in sharpie.
Mesh Bag (example here)
Goggles (example here, Speedo Vanquisher is a good basic goggle) Each swimmer needs TWO pairs of goggles.
Swim cap - (example here - each swimmer will also receive one team cap)
Big hair caps available to purchase through Soul Cap - https://soulcap.com/shop
Fins (example here - short fins recommended, but long fins are OK if you already have them)
Water Bottle - required at every practice & every meet
Practice Suit
If you are new to swimming, boys suits generally fit by waist size and girls suits by using the size charts provided by company.
Boys' suits should be tight to the waist/thigh. Jammers or briefs are acceptable. No trunks.
Girls' suits should be one-piece and shoulder straps should be tight enough that they cannot be pulled up to the ears.
Girls' tie-back suits are not allowed at Regions or State, but may be worn at practice.
Speedo endurance+ suits are durable and will last at least one season.
